Mrs. Erica Chapin is a teacher at Bell-East Middle school. She has a passion for art. Her goal is to show students that they can do art and enjoy it. Mrs. Chapin grew up in Monticello and attended Ball State University for college. She has been teaching art for 19 years, but Mrs. Chapin has not always wanted to be a teacher. At the age of twelve, she wanted to be a fashion designer, but as time went on, she decided to become an art teacher with the support from her mom. Mrs. Chapin came to Bell-East because she enjoys the students and staff. Mrs. Chapin expects a positive attitude from each student.
